PERSONAL · EMBODIED · LOCAL-FIRST
I'm AiDoggrown for one, built for anyone
A personal embodied AI — a constitution for a personality, curated memory for a life, and a self-developed core that answers to you alone. Not a platform. Not an assistant farm. One companion, grown for one person, engineered so anyone can run it.
Get Started
Three steps from a clone to a running local console: fetch the repository, run the one-command installer, then fill the slots in the guided wizard.
Get the repository
I'm AiDog ships from a private repository — clone access required.
git clone <product-repo-url> aidog && cd aidog
Run the installer
One command: provision + boot + verify. The installer is idempotent, so re-running it is always safe.
bash deploy/install.sh
Fill the slots
The guided wizard prompts for every credential — hidden input on a terminal, values never echoed; output names slots and lengths only.
aidog setup
Public download & hosted docs land with the public release.
Skills
A small, curated capability layer. Skills are screened deterministically before they ever reach the model, and only trusted, reviewed entries are recommended — no open marketplace, no supply-chain surprises.
Curation in progress
No recommended skills are listed yet. We would rather show an honest empty shelf than fill it with names we cannot vouch for. Recommendations land here one by one as they pass review.
Propose a skill on GitHub IssuesSubmit
Publish your skill repository on GitHub and open an issue with the link and a short description of what it does.
Review
We read the code: permissions, network behaviour, data handling. Skills must pass the deterministic router checks and our security review.
Listed
Approved skills appear in the recommended shelf above and mount into your local install — read-only sources, revocable at any time.
Console
Local Web Console Preview — see the panel you get after installing, before you download anything.

ADVISORY
Five panels, one glance
Status, settings, usage, events and voice — a situational console, not a admin warehouse.
Zero-dependency local server
Serves on 127.0.0.1 with plain standard library code; write operations require your local access token.
Telegram + console, en/zh
Chat where you already are, inspect where it runs. Both faces speak English and Chinese.
Models & Transparency
We will publish how this product actually runs — which models serve it and how much compute it consumes. No estimates, no marketing charts: only what the software itself reports.
1 · Your install
The local app optionally reports just two things: the model name in use and cumulative token counts — anonymously, and only if you opt in.
2 · Edge aggregation
A free-tier edge worker receives the reports and writes them into a free-tier edge database. Free-tier only, consistent with the free constitution.
3 · This page
The chart above reads a public JSON endpoint from that database and renders aggregate model usage — published totals only, never per-user records.
Security & Trust
Local-first by construction — the quiet guarantees, stated plainly.
Loopback by default
Services listen on 127.0.0.1 only — reachable from your machine, not from your network.
Credentials stay local
Secrets live in one gitignored file (mode 0600). Output and logs report slot names and lengths — never values.
Writes need your token
Every console write operation requires your local access token.
Telemetry off by default
Usage tallies on your machine. Nothing leaves it unless you opt in.
en + zh interface, English source
The interface speaks English and Chinese; all source code is written in English.
Free forever
Permanently free — no paid tier, no in-app purchase, no usage fee, ever.
Architecture
Three layers, strictly separated — so the core underneath can be swapped without losing who you are.
Kernel
Replaceable — a transitional kernel runs today while the self-developed core is under construction.
Body
Constitution · curated memory · skills · stance · persona — owned by this repo, independent of any kernel.
Business
Chain access and project adapters — pure assets with no behaviour of their own.
The self-developed core is under active development — we publish what the gates prove, nothing more.
